  The Church Needs To Go In A New Direction. It Has Chimes Not The Best Condition But Could Do So Much More With Handbells. There Are So Many Other Churches In Utica Area That Do Have Handbells With Choir Chimes. With Membership In So Many Churches Around The Area Down & Drastically Reclining It Is Time To Rethink and Implement Plan B, Plan C. There are a few Among You Who Are Very Gifted & Have Wonderful Ideas. Now If Your Church Would Just Listen To You & Tryout Your Ideas. Maybe Then They Would Be In A Better Place.
